VBScript to create a report of Citrix Presentation Server v4-v4.5 and XenApp 5 Published Applications in Word

This script uses MFCOM and VBScript to create a report of Citrix Published Applications in Word.

Let me know what you think about the script and if you have a better way of doing this.

Your script is very very good.
1- We are asking ourself if it's possible to run this script remotely from an other server then a Citrix
2- Is it possible to extracte the data no to Word but to Note pad or Word Pad. Because not all our Citrix servers have word  installed ?

Hi Czerno,

I ran this on a 4.5 farm and it is running fine but it is not completing it and it says "Adding Citrix Management Console" and stops there.

I run it with administrator privileges from command prompt.

It's been a while since I used anything on this old of a Farm. Not sure what the issue could be. Did you try using the Excel version? www.czerno.com/.../Script-to-create-a-report-of-Citrix-Published-Applications-in-Excel

I restored a backup of one of my old PS 4.5 VMs and the Data Store. I ran this script with no issues, not sure what problem you are running into.

Thanks for trying. When I run the script it asks me "Do you want to include all the applications" I say YES. After that the window stops at "Adding Citrix Management Console" and stays there. Does not complete. But, if I say NO, then it runs everything but it only lists the applications, it does not provide the complete details of the farm inventory. Is this only for Application list and not the Farm Inventory?

I have a detailed one for XA 6 farm, but I want one for 45. farm, and the PS is old on this server and it is running 2003. So, I am looking for one that can pull the inventory of the entire farm inventory and list me all servers, apps, settings etc.

Appreciate and thank you for looking into it.

It seems that the script is running into an issue with the Published App "Citrix Management Console".

Perhaps try deleting "Citrix Management Console" and see if it will complete. Something in the properties of it must be causing an issue.

Hello

I have a vbs script to display a dialog box with Yes/No option as a logon script.. It will execute before logging in... I need to know how can i get the reports in my AD for all users who have given Yes/ No.. Like each separate users who have given yes... and who have given no... Please help me in getting the process done
